Spanish Books and Resources
I've compiled this small list of books and multimedia resources for Spanish beginners and intermediate students. Some of the books displayed are necessary for my classes - Practice Makes Perfect (PMP) Spanish Pronouns and Prepositions, PMP Spanish Verb Tenses and 501 Spanish Verbs. The other books are great resources and most of my students have had positive experiences with them. Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur are great added resources for students who want to practice their Spanish at home or on their way to work - One of my students uses the Pimsleur CDs every morning on his way to work and really likes them. I've also noticed a considerable improvement in his listening skills since he started using this method. I've used Rosetta Stone as a French student, and I really liked its ease-of-use and simplicity, but I have to admit that I didn't like the pronunciation exercises - no object can ever replace a native speaker teaching and correcting your pronunciation. In any case, take a look at these great resources y Buena Suerte!
