Cancellation Policy
Although your teacher works in a flexible and casual manner, it is important to understand that time and schedule are serious concerns in her practice. Therefore, the following policy has been implemented.
1. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Two cancellations in an 4-week period will result in the implementation of a “month-to-month” payment plan where 4 sessions are paid in advance.
3. Cancelled sessions under a month-to-month plan will need to be rescheduled during the prepaid period according to the teacher’s schedule. If you cannot reschedule a session during the prepaid period, payment for that session will be forgone.
4. This cancellation policy does not apply to holidays or vacation planned in advance by the student or the teacher. Vacation plans should to be communicated as soon as they are known if it will impact the sessions.
5. This cancellation policy does not apply to cancellations due to inclement weather – heavy storms or snow.
6. If you are under a month-to-month plan, cancellations made by your teacher will be rescheduled for another time during the prepaid period according to the student’s schedule. If you are not able to meet with your teacher during that period, then your teacher will give you a refund for the missed session.
7. If you choose to quit the course and you are under a month-to-month plan, you will receive a refund for the number of remaining sessions.
